Hi!

I'm Mario

Born in Los Angeles CA. Raised in Mexico and now living in San Antonio TX.  :)

I graduated with an engineering degree in Information Technologies and got certified in CISCO CCNA Routing & Switching.

Even though I like technology, something was missing. I didn't like the idea of working for someone else for the rest of my life and not having time to do activities I love, like music and playing guitar. Also, I wanted to put my efforts into something that could help me get ahead faster while making a difference in people's lives. After much research and books, I stumbled upon REAL ESTATE INVESTING... The PATH TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM. (What everybody wants! Right?)

I'm not going to lie! I was a bit scared at first but after a few years of savings, I was able to find my first small deal and bought it! That little rental property that I still own to this day was the GENESIS of my REAL ESTATE journey. I knew that if I wanted this to work I needed more knowledge and to network with smart people.

"GET YOUR REAL ESTATE LICENSE MARIO!" Said a little voice inside my head. 

I didn't think twice and took action!

I took the pre-licensing course and passed the exam. Long story short, I joined eXp Realty and here I am.


I still have many many dreams! this is just the beginning. 

One of my goals is to provide the best customer service and the best experience to every single person that wants to buy or sell real estate. I want to be able to help as many people to get their first house, to buy their second house, sell what they no longer want, and to become a friend with them. 

I want San Antonio tx to know that I'm your friend.
